Meet Kelvin Ko: Sales Director APAC

Caton is excited to welcome Kelvin Ko as our Sales Director for the APAC region, effective 1 March 2025. With over two decades of experience in sales leadership, business development, and strategic market expansion, Kelvin brings a proven track record of driving growth and fostering long-lasting customer relationships across the telecommunications industry.

Kelvin’s impressive career includes pivotal roles at companies such as Osprey Video, PCCW Media Limited, and Volicon, where he demonstrated exceptional expertise in negotiation, customer relationship management (CRM), project management, and market research. During his tenure, Kelvin spearheaded major sales initiatives, delivered innovative solutions to customers, and consistently surpassed revenue targets in the APAC region.

In his role at Caton, Kelvin will focus on leveraging his deep understanding of the region’s dynamic market landscape to expand our presence, strengthen partnerships, and drive sales growth for our cutting-edge IP transport solutions. His hands-on approach to customer engagement and extensive experience in navigating the complexities of international markets make him an invaluable addition to our leadership team.

Beyond the workplace, Kelvin enjoys hiking and golfing, which reflect his appreciation for balance and perseverance — qualities he also brings to his professional life.
